Job summary
CompHealth is seeking an experienced CRNA for a Monday–Friday OR role in Wisconsin Rapids, just north of Madison. The schedule is 7 am–4 pm with 3 weeks on/1 week off and 13 weeks off annually with flexible scheduling.
The position offers a competitive base salary plus a performance incentive program, plus medical direction of CRNAs in low-acuity general cases, with OB experience required and J-1 visa sponsorship available.

- Board-certified or board-eligible required
