CompHealth is assisting a private, well-established group of board-certified anesthesiologists in Salinas, CA to add a full-time colleague. General and cardiac cases, including vascular, thoracic, and craniotomies, with a 1 in 15 call schedule and home call with rare callbacks.

This is a 1099 arrangement offering autonomy, profit sharing, and voting rights, with 6–12 weeks of vacation and equitable scheduling from day one.

• Group of board-certified anesthesiologists seeking a full-time addition.
• General and cardiac anesthesiology cases including vascular, thoracic, and craniotomies.
• Call schedule of 1 in 15 for first and second call; home call with infrequent callbacks.

Salary from $600000.00 to $700000.00 annually
