CompHealth is assisting a private, well-established group in Salinas, CA, to add a full-time board-certified anesthesiologist. Case mix includes general and cardiac anesthesia with vascular, thoracic, and craniotomies.

Expect a 1 in 15 call schedule with home call and infrequent callbacks. The position offers a 1099 structure with autonomy, 6–12 weeks of vacation, and a 18-month partnership track with profit sharing and voting rights.

Qualifications

• Board-certified anesthesiologist required.
• Experience in general and cardiac anesthesiology preferred.
• Strong understanding of vascular, thoracic, and cranial procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for general and cardiac cases including vascular, thoracic, and craniotomies.
• Participate in call schedules and on-call responsibilities as needed.
