Responsibilities and Schedule

• General and cardiac anesthesiology cases including vascular, thoracic, and craniotomies
• Cardiac cases include structural heart, EP, STS‑designated CABG, and community pump cases
• Call schedule of 1 in 15 for first and second call; home call with infrequent callbacks
• Partnership track at 18 months with no financial buy‑in; includes profit sharing and voting rights
• 6‑12 weeks of vacation per year with equal scheduling access from day one
• 1099 structure offering autonomy and customizable benefits for each physician
• Coastal California location near Monterey, world‑class beaches, golf, and wine country
