Seeking Board Eligible/Certified General Anesthesiologists for a clinical role with autonomy and support within a physician-owned partnership. The position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $150K and involves managing a diverse case load at a well-established medical center, including orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, urology, ENT, neurosurgery, trauma, cardiac, and labor & delivery. Candidates should hold or be eligible for a CA license and may support affiliated surgery centers. The role emphasizes practice site autonomy, ownership of cases, and collaboration within a fair, democratic group that treats new graduates equally. The facility is a 267-bed Level II Trauma Center with a comprehensive surgical environment and high-performance recognition.
