• 44 CRNAs and 11 MDs on staff with 100% supervision model for C-sections
• Day shifts 7 am - 7 pm and night shifts 7 pm - 7 am with post-night shift day off
• 7 weeks of vacation structured in shifts, allowing flexibility to earn more or extend time off
• Fellowship-trained candidates in critical care, regional, OB, or neuro highly encouraged
• Board-certified or board-eligible required; first interview conducted via Zoom
