CompHealth invites you to practice near Hartford, Connecticut, offering a Monday–Friday schedule with shifts starting at 7 am and general cases including OB and regional anesthesia.

Light call at 1:4, partnership track available, and a comprehensive benefit package including paid vacation, holidays, sign-on bonus, CE allowance, credentialing coverage, and a 401k plan.

This role supports physicians with salary negotiation, interview coordination, and dedicated recruiters to assist every step.

Responsibilities

• Monday - Friday schedule with shifts starting at 7 am
• General cases including OB and regional anesthesia; no higher-acuity cases
• Light call at 1:4, not to exceed 1:5 ratio
• Partnership track available for call-taking physicians
• 6 weeks of paid vacation plus 5 sick/personal days and 6 paid holidays
