Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking a top-notch board-certified or board-eligible general Anesthesiologist to join our team at the Lone Tree Medical Office. This is a full-time, benefited, and salaried position. Please submit CV and Cover Letter when applying.
Administers anesthetics to render patients insensible to pain during surgical, obstetrical, and other medical procedures: Examines patients to determine the degree of surgical risk and type of anesthetic and sedation to administer and discusses findings with medical practitioners concerned with the case. Positions patient on the operating table and administers local, intravenous, spinal, caudal, or another anesthetic according to prescribed medical standards. Institutes remedial measures to counteract adverse reactions or complications. Records type and amount of anesthetic and sedation administered and condition of the patient before, during, and after anesthesia.
To provide monitored anesthesia care, general and regional anesthesia for adult, pediatric, and obstetric patients, including perioperative critical care, acute pain management, and continuous epidural anesthetic administration, as well as procedural sedation, the Anesthesiologist must be able to perform the following procedures:
Heart cases requiring TEE require Cardiac Fellowship training
MD or DO, anesthesia-accredited ACGME residency program.
ABA certified or eligible, Colorado License, DEA with Colorado Address
