Mindrift is seeking actively practicing physicians (MD/DO) with an active, unrestricted US medical license to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for a medical AI evaluation project. This is a remote, project-based role with a flexible schedule, typically around 10–20 hours per week while the project is active and ongoing feedback is provided.

You will review cases, score reasoning quality, and write brief rationales.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO with active, unrestricted US medical license.
• Board certification or completed residency with recent direct patient care.
• Broad multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes across multiple medical domains.
• Score clinical reasoning quality, vignette accuracy, and trap quality.
• Write concise rationales and ensure reasoning traces are sound.
• Participate in three blind reads followed by physician adjudication.
