• MD or DO degree and board certification required.
• New York State license, DEA and Medicaid numbers required.
• Minimum five years medical practice experience in utilization management or related field.
• Willingness to work clinically in primary specialty and strong computer skills.

• Serve as primary physician liaison for hospital utilization and related issues.
• Collaborate with case management, finance and leadership to optimize resource use.
• Develop and implement protocols, initiatives and training for quality and regulatory compliance.
