Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be board-certified in a medical specialty (as applicable).
• Experience with utilization management and clinical documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration with care teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise for utilization management and appropriate level of care.
• Lead or co-lead hospital-wide performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with VPMA, CMO, and Quality Director to meet annual goals.
• Support readmission reduction efforts and denial management when possible.
• Engage in education for physicians, nurses, and care teams.
