Job summary

ADHD Advisor Inc. is seeking Virginia-licensed physicians to join our provider network for ADHD diagnosis and treatment via telehealth.

You'll provide clinical expertise in adults with ADHD (18+), manage diagnoses and medication, and work with a team to deliver coordinated care. The role emphasizes clinical work with operations handled by us; remote, fully US-wide.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license in Virginia.
• Active Virginia DEA license.
• Experience diagnosing and treating adult ADHD (ages 18+).
• Experience prescribing medication, preferably on a telehealth platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic mental healthcare to patients including diagnostic and medication management.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs and follow best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records following legal and ethical standards.
• Help shape treatment philosophy and contribute to developing clinical policies and procedures.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for Virginia licensed Physicians to join our provider network. You can focus on providing clinical expertise while we take care of everything else. Virginia license and DEA required.

Who Should Apply?

• Physicians looking for an easy, all-in-one technology platform for telehealth.
• Physicians who are experienced in prescribing stimulant and non stimulant medication when necessary and following federal and state laws.
• Physicians who want to focus 100% on clinical work – not on acquiring clients, billing, support, or operations. (We handle all of that!)

What Will You Do?

• Provide holistic mental healthcare to your patients including diagnostic and medication management.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted license in Virginia (required).
• Active Virginia DEA license (required).
• Currently carry (or be willing to obtain) independent malpractice liability insurance.
• Experience diagnosing and treating adult ADHD (ages 18+).
• Experience prescribing medication, preferably on a telehealth platform.
• A private and professional environment for conducting sessions.
• Excellent written communication.
• Reliable Internet connection.
• Currently residing in the US.

Hourly Pay: $150-$200

• Diagnosis + Medication Management (45 minutes): $112.50-$150
• Medication Management (30 minutes): $75.00-$100
• Medication Management Follow-Up (15 minutes): $37.50-$50
