Mosaic Life Care in Missouri seeks a physician leader for the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU). This role provides medical leadership and coordinates inpatient rehabilitation services within a collaborative care team.

Candidates should have completed a PM&R residency, with at least one year of rehab fellowship or equivalent experience, plus a track record in inpatient rehab management. The position offers flexible scheduling and on-call coverage with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Formal PM&R residency completed.
• Minimum 1-year rehabilitation fellowship or equivalent training/experience.
• 2+ years managing inpatient rehabilitation as part of a collaborative medical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership for the Acute Rehab Unit (ARU).
• 100% inpatient.
• Provide a minimum of 20 hours per week to meet Medicare and regulatory requirements for ARU operations.
• Hours may include a combination of clinical and administrative services.
• Flexible shift scheduling available.
• On-call coverage required from 7 AM – 7 PM, one weekend per month.
