Job summary

Baptist Medical Group in Memphis is seeking BC/BE Acute Care Surgeons to join our expanding surgicalist team. This employed opportunity offers a base salary of $450,000 with the potential for additional earnings through optional extra shifts and a $30,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance.

The ACS program provides dedicated OR access, a balanced schedule to support clinical excellence and physician well-being, including 7 24-hour call shifts per month with reimbursement for extra call,

• BC/BE in Acute Care Surgery.
• Willingness to join a multidisciplinary surgical team.

Responsibilities

• Join Baptist Medical Group's ACS surgicalist team.
• Provide acute care surgery services with dedicated OR access.
• Rounding and outpatient clinic duties as part of normal schedule.
• 7 (24-hour) call shifts per month with reimbursement for extra calls; rounds and clinic.
• Minimum of 9 consecutive days off per physician every month.

Acute Care Surgeons to join our rapidly expanding surgicalist team!

• Base Salary: $450,000 with the potential for additional earnings through optional extra shifts
• $30,000 sign on bonus + annual quality bonus + relocation
• This is an employed opportunitywith Baptist Medical Group (a multidisciplinary medical group with over 1000 employed physicians)

• When fully staffed, our group operates on a balanced schedule designed to support clinical excellence and physician well-being. The schedule includes:
