About the Role

NOW HIRING: Physician - Senior Clinical Advisor. We're looking for a board-certified physician to serve as an authoritative senior clinical advisor on the development, evaluation, and implementation of Medicare coverage policies and clinical/scientific issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a medical consultant to CMS leadership, providing clinical and scientific expertise to shape Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP program policies
• Lead quality measurement and public reporting initiatives, using data analysis to identify care gaps and drive continuous improvement
• Represent CMS before national health organizations, legislative bodies, and federal partners
• Deliver high-level briefings and presentations to Federal, state, and local officials and healthcare industry representatives on CMS priorities

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from accredited institution
• Current, active, unrestricted US medical license
• Active Board Certification in a recognized medical specialty (any specialty)
• 5 years of graduate training in your specialty or equivalent experience
