Only exception is for employees with a medical or religious exemption approved by Administration. Employees with an approved medical or religious exemption must wear a mask at all time during the flu season. # Minimal Formal Training* Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency; board certification in the appropriate specialty or actively seeking board certification.* Applicant must be board certified within five (5) years of residency completion.* A current DEA certificate is required if applicant is requesting privileges to prescribe controlled substances.* This position must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire date and is required to maintain current BLS CPR throughout employment.* A current NRP certificate is required if applicant is requesting OB privileges.* Additional education may be required for some specialty areas (orthopedics, etc.). # Supervision JOB RELATIONSHIP* Supervised by: the Chief Medical Officer; the Medical Director; and the Health Center Administrator or delegated administrator as appropriate.* The physician is evaluated on a yearly basis by staff, peers, the Medical Director, the Chief Medical Officer and the Health Center Administrator.* Employees Supervised: The physician provides clinical supervision to the assigned staff of nurses and other professionals.* Interrelationships: The physician works closely with the Chief Medical Officer, Medical Director, and the Executive Director to realize the programmatic goals of the organization.Salary - Salary Plan, 216,018.00 USD Annual**What We Offer:**Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
