Job summary

Bon Secours Charity Medical Group, based in Suffern, NY, seeks a general surgeon to join an established practice of five surgeons, two PAs and a genetic counselor/nurse practitioner. The surgeon will perform a wide variety of general surgery and participate in the on-call schedule at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Robotic interest and experience are preferred, and applicants should be board certified or board eligible in general surgery.

Qualifications

• U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent, with three years of surgeon experience; trauma experience preferred.
• Board certified or board eligible in general surgery.
• Ability to participate in on-call schedule at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of general surgery procedures.
• Be part of the on-call schedule at Good Samaritan Hospital.
• Collaborate with a team of five surgeons, two physician assistants and a genetic counselor/nurse practitioner.
