Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Toledo, OH is seeking physicians at all levels to join our national wound care group. You will manage patient outcomes using your clinical expertise in chronic wounds, working as part of a close-knit team in nursing facilities.

We provide comprehensive training, including 36 hours CME, conferences, workshops, and online courses. Full-time roles offer strong compensation ($250k–$300k to start; up to $400k with bonuses), no on-call, and a workflow designed to reduce admin

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Residency not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in nursing facilities.
• Perform debridement, use advanced dressings, and apply amniotic tissue when appropriate.
• Collaborate with a close-knit team to optimize patient outcomes.
• No call and flexible scheduling.
• Use our custom software to reduce admin time.

As an experienced or new physician to wound care you’ll manage your patient outcomes based on your clinical expertise and direction. We’re a leading national wound care physician group in Toledo, OH seeking motivated and driven Surgeons of all backgrounds, Family Medicine physicians, and Internal Medicine physicians to join our team.

Meaningful work

Provide comprehensive care to patients in nursing facilities, utilizing the latest advancements in wound healing, including debridement, advanced dressings, and application of amniotic tissue.

Excellent Compensation

• Full-time physicians can earn an average starting pay of $250,000 -$300,000 annually. Earn up to $400,000 with additional services and performance-based bonuses. No earning cap.

  • Quarterly bonus program with the potential to earn up to 30% extra income
  • Reimbursement for the application of biological skin substitutes

• Work together with your team to build a schedule that works for you.
• Custom software system that is designed to reduce our physician’s admin and documentation time.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. You do not need to have completed a full residency program and do not need to be Board Certified/Eligible.
