Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Wound Care Physician to join our cutting-edge team in a flexible, independent contractor role. You’ll diagnose, treat, and manage complex wounds, using advanced modalities to drive healing and patient satisfaction.

Licensed physicians with MD/DO credentials can expect substantial earning potential, with performance bonuses, and full malpractice coverage. Work-life balance and community-focused care are priorities in our model.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Medical License is required; licenses in Virginia/DC also needed due to nearby locations.

Full-time physicians can earn an average starting pay of $250,000 -$300,000 annually. Earn up to $400,000 with additional services and performance-based bonuses. No earning cap.

• Per-procedure pay
• Quarterly bonus program with the potential to earn up to 30% extra income
• Reimbursement for the application of biological skin substitutes

Qualifications:

• Passion for Healing: A deep-stated passion for wound care and a genuine desire to make a difference in patients' lives.
• Medical Expertise: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board Eligibility preferred. An active/Unrestricted Maryland Medical License is required. Active Virginia and Washington, D.C. medical licenses are also required due to work at nearby locations in both areas.
