Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is hiring per diem physicians (MD/DO) to serve adult and pediatric patients across the Queens Region. Providers will float between centers, delivering high-quality urgent care with support from on-site staff.

Excellent compensation at $125–$145 per hour, commensurate with specialty training and experience. Flexible scheduling and access to a broad network of centers are offered to enhance autonomy and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Family Medicine, Med-Peds or Emergency Medicine.
• 1–2 years of urgent care or ER experience treating all ages.
• Comfortable with minor procedures, reading EKGs and X-rays.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care coverage for adults and pediatrics in a per diem capacity.
• Perform minor procedures (suturing, casts, splints) and read EKGs/X-rays.
• Float to centers across the Queens Region as needed.

Position: Physician - Per Diem (M.D./D.O) Pay: $125/hour - $145/hour (specialty training and experience-based range) We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Per Diem Physicians with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers in our Queens Region. Per diem Physicians will be required to float to all centers in the Queens Region.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• BC in Family Medicine, Med-Peds or Emergency Medicine
• 1-2 yrs. of experience in either an urgent care or emergency room setting treating all ages (6 months and older)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
