Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Nashville, TN is seeking motivated surgeons and internists to join our growing national wound care physician group. You’ll manage patient outcomes based on your clinical expertise and direction in a collaborative team.

We offer comprehensive wound care training, 36 CME hours, per‑procedure pay, potential bonuses up to $500,000, no earning cap, and a flexible schedule with no on‑call. Tennessee license and DEA required; board certification not mandatory.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required; Tennessee license active and unrestricted.
• Board certification not required to thrive in this role.
• Active and unrestricted DEA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive wound care to patients in nursing facilities.
• Perform debridement and apply advanced dressings as part of treatment.

Comprehensive Physician Wound Care Training

Skilled Wound Care provides 36 hours of company-provided CME, including:

• Conferences
• Workshops
• $250,000-$300,000 average starting pay for full-time physicians
• Up to $500,000 with additional services and performance-based bonuses
• No earning cap
• Per-procedure pay
• Quarterly bonus program with potential for up to 30% extra income
• Reimbursement for application of biological skin substitutes

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Active, clear, and unrestricted Tennessee medical license.
