HonorHealth in Mesa, AZ seeks a Physician to provide direct patient care in a team-centered setting, following evidence-based guidelines and contributing to wellness, prevention, and education. You will collaborate with families, refer to specialty care when needed, and support ongoing professional development and ethical care.
The role demands board-certified or eligible physicians, MD or DO, and Arizona licensure.

The PHYSICIAN provides direct patient care in accordance with evidence-based treatment guidelines. They will deliver care in a team-centered approach; interact with patients and families to keep them informed and engaged in the decisions and direction of health care; provide counseling education and resource information on wellness, prevention of illness and health maintenance; and refer patients as appropriate for specialty care services and educational training for their conditions.
Doctorate M.D. or D.O Required
Other Member of Medical Staff. Board Certified or eligible. Required
Physician - State Licensure - License Physician Arizona State licensure or other compact state Medical license
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification Required Fingerprint Clearance Card (FPC) - Certificate State Have a current Fingerprint Clearance card, or within seven (7) working days after employment shall apply and be eligible for a Fingerprint Clearance Card (Pediatric Behavioral Health Sites ONLY) Required
