Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for the Briarwood outpatient clinic at Elliot Hospital. The role emphasizes a balanced 4-day clinical week with access to on-site labs, imaging, pharmacy, and nurse triage to support outpatient care.

The position offers a strong compensation package with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, plus access to a large adult and pediatric specialty network and Epic EMR. Inpatient opportunities exist for skill maintenance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine
• NH medical license or eligibility
• Outpatient clinical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient internal medicine care to adult patients
• Collaborate with hospitalists for inpatient admissions
• Participate in a limited outpatient call rotation with nurse triage
• Utilize EPIC EMR to document patient encounters
