Job summary

Gilder Search Group seeks a physician for a part-time contract role in Estacada, OR. The Locums Physician will provide medical care to student patients, operate 7 hours per week, and work on-site at the Wellness Clinic Youth Center. Excellent compensation and professional liability insurance are offered.

The ideal candidate holds an active Oregon license, a DEA registration, and experience with adolescent care. Remote work is not available; relocation to Estacada is required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license.
• Experience in providing medical care to adolescent patients.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work 7 hours per week as needed.
• Prior locums physician experience is a plus.
• Valid Federal DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide standard primary and acute care for listed conditions (hypertension, diabetes, ADHD, GERD, UTIs, URIs, STDs, sprains, allergies, wellness exams, sick visits, school physicals).
• Collaborate with Mid-Levels and center’s medical staff, wellness staff and substance abuse specialists as necessary.
• Work on-site as a Locums Physician for student patients and ensure quality medical care.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Locums Physician with The Locums Company, LLC in Estacada, OR. The Locums Physician will work on-site and provide medical care to student patients in accordance with their medical specialty and expertise. We offer excellent compensation, and professional liability insurance.

Job Requirement:

• Active and unrestricted state medical license in Oregan
• Experience in providing medical care to adolescent patients, including performing medical procedures and prescribing medications
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work 7 hours per week as needed
• Prior experience as a locums physician is a plus
• Valid Federal DEA license
