Ellsworth County Medical Center in Ellsworth, KS is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our rural health team. We’re a growing group of physicians and advanced practice providers serving patients across central Kansas - where quality care meets a quality lifestyle.

We offer top-tier compensation with a guaranteed base salary and a non-production-based model; sign-on and relocation; additional RVU-based earnings; generous PTO; full benefits; and loan repayment

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited MD or DO medical school with residency in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
• Current state medical license to practice.
• ACLS, PALS current or within 90 days; ATLS current or within 6 months; BLS.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to patients in a rural health setting.
• Collaborate with RNs, MAs, centralized billing and coding teams.
• Engage in mentorship and continuous quality improvement.
• Participate in a flexible schedule with minimal or light call as preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of an accredited MD or DO Medical school/residency with focus on Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
• Experience: General experience related to a successful Med School Residency program. Special interests in ED, inpatient, Peds, women's Health, etc strongly preferred.
• Preferred Skills: Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Excellent interpersonal and technical skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language. Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Certifications/Registrations: Current state license to practice as a Physician, ACLS and PALS current or within 90 days of hire, ATLS current or within 6 months of hire, BLS.
