Why This Role Rocks
- Top-tier compensation - Guaranteed base salary range $235,000 -$350,000 depending on experience.
- Non-production-based compensation model | New physicians base salary starts in the 10-25 percentile range $215,000 - $245,000 | Additional compensation for call (call pay plus with RVUs) is $70,000-$100,000
- Possibility to earn more by taking on more shifts
- Production-based bonus structure - Earn more with additional RVUs

Qualifications
- Education: Completion of an accredited MD or DO Medical school/residency with focus on Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
- Experience: General experience related to a successful Med School Residency program. Special interests in ED, inpatient, Peds, women's Health, etc strongly preferred.
- Preferred Skills: Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Excellent interpersonal and technical skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language. Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills.
- Certifications/Registrations: Current state license to practice as a Physician, ACLS and PALS current or within 90 days of hire, ATLS current or within 6 months of hire, BLS.
