We’re seeking a mission‑driven Physician to join Curana Health and make a meaningful impact in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted provider for residents by delivering high‑quality, person‑centered care, building strong relationships with facility staff, and mentoring APPs to ensure consistent, coordinated care. You’ll play a vital role in improving health outcomes for some of the most vulnerable patients while enjoying unlimited earning potential, leadership opportunities, and access to innovative tools and data‑driven insights. This role requires travel to and from one or more assigned facilities. Depending on the amount of travel required, Curana may in future determine that a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record are required. If so, you will be provided with thirty (30) days notice of this requirement. From that time forward, please be advised that periodic motor vehicle (MVR) checks may be conducted as a condition of, and/or for, continued employment.
