Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Active DEA registration

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, and routine physical exams.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on prevention and healthy living.
• Offer telehealth consultations to improve access to care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care.
• Mentor medical students or residents when applicable.
