Job summary

Skilled Wound Care is seeking MDs or DOs to work as mobile, independent contractors providing wound care in nursing facilities across Texas. You control clinical decisions and patient care while we handle the overhead, billing, and contracts.

Enjoy true autonomy with no call, no weekends, and flexible hours. Starting pay ranges from $220,000 to $250,000 annually, with potential to exceed $300,000+ through bonuses and expanded services.

Wound Care Physician – No Call, Zero Overhead

As a mobile wound care physician and independent contractor, you will provide critical, hands-on care to a vulnerable geriatric population in nursing facilities. You make the clinical decisions. You manage your outcomes. We handle the rest.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.


• Active, clear, and unrestricted Texas medical license.


• Active and unrestricted DEA license.


• Note: You do not need to have completed a full residency program and do not need to be Board Certified/Eligible to thrive in this role.
