Job summary

Integrity Rehab Group, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a Physical Therapy Technician to join our team in Golden, CO. This unlicensed role works under the supervision of a licensed therapist and supports patient care in a service-based culture.

Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas, assisting patients with exercises, documenting responses, performing basic treatments, and handling intake and scheduling tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with computers and learning new software programs.

Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment and treatment areas for patient use.
• Assisting and/or observing patients perform prescribed therapy exercises and documenting patient responses.
• Performing basic prescribed treatments such as applying ice packs and heat pads as instructed.
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and therapy areas, as well as changing and laundering linens.
• Performing administrative tasks, including assisting with patient intake, answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments.
