Hayden Lake Physical Therapy and Aquatics is seeking a motivated physical therapy technician for our Hayden location. This part-time, in-person role offers learning opportunities for those exploring a career in physical therapy and hours to gain clinical experience.

Responsibilities include assisting patients with modalities under a physical therapist, maintaining equipment, and ensuring smooth patient flow between therapists and schedulers.

Hayden Lake Physical Therapy and Aquatics is seeking an enthusiastic and self motivated individual to come join our team as a physical therapy tech at our Hayden location. Part‑time positions available. This is a great learning opportunity for someone who is considering a career in physical therapy or for acquiring hours for medical specialties.

Job Description

The primary responsibility while working as a physical therapy technician is to assist in maintaining patient flow of the clinic. The tech will assist patients to the treatment area and provide modalities to patients (such as heat packs, ice packs, electrical stimulation) under the direct supervision of a physical therapist. Candidates should possess a strong commitment to personal and professional growth, customer service, and ability to work as a team. They should have excellent organizational skills, while also having the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare and maintain equipment and treatment rooms
• Maintaining patient flow in the clinic between patients, therapists and schedulers
• Cleaning patient care areas and sanitizing equipment
• Laundry duties & stocking supplies
• Opening and closing tasks
• Assisting patients with modalities (including heat packs, ice packs, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound) under the direct supervision of a physical therapist

Essential Qualifications

Hours: 15-40 hours per week. Clinic is open from Monday thru Friday 7am to 6pm (shifts start 30 minutes before open and end 30 minutes after close).

Job Types: Hiring for both Full-time and Part-time

Pay: Starting at $14.00/DOE
