Role Description

The Physical Therapy Technician is a full-time, on‑site role based in Lompoc, CA, supporting licensed physical therapists and physical therapist assistants in delivering safe and effective patient care. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include preparing and cleaning treatment areas, assisting with therapeutic exercises, and guiding patients through prescribed activities under the direction of a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant. The technician helps with patient intake, gathers basic information, and ensures equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use. Additional duties include maintaining a welcoming environment. Qualifications
