Job summary

Team Rehab is seeking an entry-level support role in our Carmel, IN clinics. You will welcome patients, assist licensed therapists with non-clinical tasks, and guide patients through light exercises while ensuring safe, clean spaces.

The role offers on-the-job training, with opportunities to advance toward PT/ PTA education through scholarships and mentorship. A collaborative, patient‑centered culture supports growth in healthcare.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or education required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
