Job summary

Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy in Bloomfield Hills, MI, is seeking entry-level patient support staff to welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions, assist therapists with non-clinical tasks, and help patients begin light exercises in a friendly clinical setting.

No prior experience required; you will work closely with licensed therapists, gain hands-on exposure in outpatient clinics across the region, and have opportunities for scholarships and advancement within a supportive

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
