Job summary

Mountain Land Physical Therapy seeks a part-time trainee to support therapists and gain hands-on clinical experience in a busy clinic at Kanab, Utah. This role targets students pursuing Pre-PT, PTA, Exercise Science or healthcare administration and requires no prior clinical experience.

You'll assist with patient flow, warm-ups, and exercises, maintain clean spaces, and help at the front desk. Training pathway and scholarships are offered to progress toward PT school.

Qualifications

• Interest in a healthcare career and gaining clinical experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork and empathy.
• Comfortable on your feet in a busy clinic.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Customer service experience or health-related coursework preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and assist with patient flow.
• Guide patients through warm-ups and exercises as directed by the PT team.
• Keep treatment areas clean, stocked and ready.
• Assist the front desk with checking in patients and supporting clinic flow.
• Create a welcoming environment for patients and teammates.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and clinic safety procedures.
