Job summary

Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners is offering a part-time Pre-PT Pathway role at our Idaho Falls clinic. You will work with licensed Physical Therapists, gain hands-on clinical hours, and prepare for PT school admissions through mentoring and coursework.

We provide flexible hours and opportunities to grow toward PT, PTA, Doctor, Athletic Trainer, or Healthcare Administrator; no prior experience required as training is provided.

• Interest in a healthcare career.
• Desire to gain hands-on clinical experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and empathy.
• Ability to speak Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists by setting up equipment, guiding patients through exercises, and ensuring a safe, positive environment.
• Support the front desk by checking in patients and helping with warm-ups.
• Help the clinic run smoothly by maintaining a clean space and bringing positive energy to the team.

Expected Work Schedule:
