Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Team Leader in Cleveland, TN, to guide the therapy team and ensure high-quality patient care. You will support daily operations, mentor staff, and drive exceptional clinical outcomes within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader.

The role emphasizes leadership, clinical excellence, and collaboration across hospital departments to deliver compassionate, personalized care to patients.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with at least two years clinical.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in daily therapy team operations: scheduling, orientation, training, and interdepartmental communication.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding patient relationships to aid recovery.

Your Role as a Leader in Physical Therapy

Your impactful journey involves:

• Assisting the Director of Therapy Operations in the daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with the physical therapy staff and hospital departments.
• Providing direct care to patients and building rewarding relationships by understanding each patient's physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
