The role focuses on patient-centered care, development of individualized treatment plans, and advancing clinical skills in a growth-focused environment. You will evaluate patients, implement evidence-based therapies, supervise support staff, and coordinate with physicians, ensuring accurate documentation and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS or Master's in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program.
• Current Physical Therapy License in the state of operation.
• Proven experience creating and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Experience with manual therapy, physical agents, traction, and ultrasound techniques.
• Ability to supervise aides, technicians, and assistants during treatment.
• Knowledge of equipment use, maintenance, and rehabilitation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop Plans of Treatment tailored to each patient.
• Implement evidence-based therapy programs and adjust plans as patients progress.
• Coordinate with physicians and specialists; guide PTAs and support staff.
• Document accurately and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist in selecting assistive devices and follow-up care as needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PHYSICAL THERAPY SPECIALIST

Are you adaptable and able to modify treatment plans based on patient progress? Do you enjoy mentoring and collaborating with therapy support staff? Are you committed to providing safe, effective, and compassionate patient care? Do you actively seek opportunities to expand your clinical knowledge? • BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program
• Current Physical Therapy License in the state of operation
• Proven experience creating and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Experience treating diverse patient populations and injury types
• Experience with manual therapy, physical agents, traction, and ultrasound treatment techniques
• Experience directing aides, technicians, and assistants during treatment
• Knowledge of equipment use, maintenance, and rehabilitation best practices
• Experience recommending assistive devices and follow-up programs
• Strong patient motivation and coaching abilities

DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PHYSICAL THERAPY SPECIALIST

This is a full-time position with 8-Hour daily shifts. You can expect to work Monday-Friday during the day shift.

Specialty Area: Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine

Your day will revolve around helping patients move closer to their recovery goals. You'll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop customized Plans of Treatment, and implement evidence-based therapy programs tailored to each individual's needs. As patients progress, you'll adjust treatment plans, communicate updates to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, and ensure documentation remains accurate and compliant. You'll coordinate with physicians and specialists when necessary, guide PTAs and support staff, recommend appropriate assistive equipment and follow-up care services, and help create a clean, organized, and effective rehabilitation environment that supports exceptional patient outcomes.
