Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Of New England, seeks an Inpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in the Acute Care Unit. The PT will work closely with physicians and care teams to plan mobility-focused interventions and assist with discharge planning.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program and an active Connecticut PT license, with strong communication skills for interactions with patients and families.

The Physical Therapist will be working in our Inpatient Acute Care Unit collaborating with providers to treating patients in hospital setting. The PT will conduct evaluations, perform treatments, and provide recommendations to improve mobility and prepare for discharge.
