NW Sports Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a Clinic Director in Tacoma, WA who is an experienced, licensed Physical Therapist passionate about developing clinicians, elevating patient outcomes, and fostering a positive, high‑performing clinic culture.

Lead, mentor, and support your team of physical therapists and staff; oversee operations, patient experience, scheduling, and referrals; enjoy a $85k–$110k salary plus a $20k sign‑on bonus, leadership

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
• Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support your team of Physical Therapists and clinical staff.
• Foster a positive, patient-centered environment with high standards of clinical care.
• Oversee clinic operations including patient experience, clinical performance and scheduling.
• Build relationships with local referral sources and community partners.
• Partner with leadership to meet clinic goals and drive growth.
