Job summary

Olympic Sports & Spine is hiring an entry-level Full-time Physical Therapy Clinic Aide for the Federal Way location. The role focuses on assisting clinic personnel with both clinical modality setups and front-office tasks, under close supervision by therapists and patient service staff.

The position is non-treating and requires flexible scheduling; part-time prorated benefits are available including medical, sick, vacation, and holidays. This is an on-site role with standard clinic hours.

Qualifications

• No clinical treatment performed; entry-level position requiring supervision.
• Ability to assist therapy staff with modality setups and clinic tasks.
• Attention to filing, scanning, answering phones, laundry, stocking exam rooms, ordering and inventory.

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) has an immediate opening for Full-time Physical Therapy Clinic Aideat the list of clinics below . Clinic Aides are responsible for assisting all clinic personnel by providing clinic and front-office support. The primary responsibility of a clinic aide is to provide therapeutic modality setups upon the direction of the therapy staff. They are also responsible for various administrative tasks (such as filing, scanning, answering phones), laundry, stocking exam rooms, ordering, and inventory, among other tasks. Aides are under close supervision by both physical & occupational therapists, therapy assistants, and patient service representatives.

THIS IS AN ENTRY-LEVEL, NON-TREATING POSITION.

Open positions at the following locations:

• Federal Way - Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

The schedules will be vary depending on the clinic location. This position is eligible for a part-time prorated benefits package, including medical, sick, vacation, holidays, and more.
