Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel contract in Potosi, MO. You will work under a licensed PT to help patients improve mobility and quality of life in a variety of settings.

Position features 8-hour shifts, start times between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM, Monday–Friday, with no weekends unless necessary to cover hours. Competitive weekly pay and travel benefits included.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State PTA license required to start the assignment
• BLS certification may be required from health authorities
• 1 year PTA experience required
• Long term care or rehab experience required

Responsibilities

• Assist patients recovering from injuries under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Support movement and mobility goals and document progress.
• Maintain consistent 8-hour shifts with morning start times and minimal weekend work.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of PTA experience required.
• Long term care or rehab experience required.
• PTA license required.
• Monday through Friday schedule.
• 8-hour shifts.
• Start time must be no earlier than 6:00 AM and no later than 10:00 AM.
• Shift times are flexible if kept consistent and communicated with the director of rehabilitation.
• No weekends, unless needed to make up hours when a holiday falls on a weekday.
