Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitation team serving seniors in living communities. You will support rehabilitative services under medical orders and work closely with a coordinated team to deliver patient-centered care.

The role offers mentorship, access to innovative therapies, and opportunities to grow clinically within a not-for-profit organization that serves nearly 500 senior living communities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Associate’s of applied science degree in area of discipline.
• Current license in state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Assist with rehabilitative services for patients under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide one-on-one therapy services for residents using functional, patient-centered treatments.
• Receive mentorship and hands-on experience with innovative technologies and therapies.
• Pursue clinical interests and develop subject matter expertise.
