Qualifications
Must have an Associate’s Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited college or university.
Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the state.
Must possess basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
Return residents to optimal physical function in a SNF setting.
Instruct patients in maintaining achieved function after discharge.
Facilitate achievement of patient and therapy goals.
