Job summary

Aegis Therapies in LaBelle, MO is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team as a PRN caregiver. The role supports a 40-hour schedule Monday–Friday in nursing home and rehabilitation settings.

The PTA provides direct patient care, participates in clinical education, and collaborates with licensed therapists to advance patient outcomes. Applicants must hold PTA licensure or be eligible in Missouri.

Qualifications

• Must hold or obtain PTA licensure in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy interventions under supervision in a nursing home or rehabilitation setting.
• Assist with patient positioning, gait training, and activities of daily living training.
• Document patient progress and communicate with the care team.

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain one in the state of practice.
