Job summary

West Village Post Acute – Greenville, SC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for PRN shifts at our 132-bed skilled nursing facility. You will work under the supervision of a licensed PT to deliver high-quality therapy aimed at improving residents' mobility, strength, and independence.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited PTA program credential and SC PTA license, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Prior SNF rehab experience and familiarity with PCC or Casamba are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina (required).
• Maintain continuing education and stay in good standing with the State Board.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for improving resident quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established therapy plans.
• Assist residents with exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support a positive, safe, and organized therapy environment.
