P0001 Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for two sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments in Brattleboro, VT. The role requires an active VT PTA license or eligibility and SNF experience in a busy five-star facility.

You will join a supportive team, utilize electronic documentation, and maintain strong communication with therapists and nursing staff. Flexible scheduling is offered along with competitive benefits.

Must have graduated from a 2 year accredited PTA program, passed state boards and hold a current valid VT PTA license or be eligible for licensure. A Part-Time (25 hours) Physical Therapy Assistant , (PTA), position is now available splitting between two sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments located in Brattleboro, VT. Both locations are award winning facilities and one mile apart. Facility is a busy five star subacute rehabilitation facility, minutes from Interstate 91 with a beautiful rehabilitation gym that has plentiful natural light. The 80 bed facility boasts a highly supportive management team focused on patient-centered care. The rehabilitation department prides itself on its Fun and Functional Therapy Program with a grocery cart, mock grocery shopping area along with a variety of other functional materials and assessments to compliment the multiple modalities we utilize. Good Faith Rate Range: $30.00 - $35.00

Requirements:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours
