Job summary

Cypress at Lake Providence is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to implement individualized treatment plans and collaborate with nursing staff to support resident goals. You will track progress, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to a positive team environment.

The role offers pay of $33-$40/hour with full-time, part-time and PRN/on-call shifts. Louisiana PTA licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred, with a strong emphasis on compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Louisiana or graduate of an approved PTA program or actively working toward licensure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Schedule & Pay

• Pay: $33 - $40/HR
