Harmony Davenport is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support therapy programs that help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. The PTA will implement customized plans under a Physical Therapist and contribute to a compassionate in-house team.

New grads are welcome to apply. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth through mentorship and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Physical Therapy Assistant License.
• Experience preferred, but we're also willing to invest in new grads.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing customized physical therapy programs under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through targeted therapy exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.
