Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality geriatric therapy during home visits in Okeechobee, FL. This PRN role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work with residents in Assisted Living Facilities to promote independence.

Responsibilities include performing skilled PT treatments under the plan of care, enhancing mobility and function, and maintaining clear documentation while coordinating with physicians and care

Qualificações

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Florida PTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).
