Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home geriatric therapy in Lake Nona, FL. This PRN position offers flexible assignments and clinical autonomy within a supportive team.

You will perform PT treatments under a care plan, support mobility and independence, coordinate with physicians and families, and maintain precise documentation. Eligible candidates hold an active Florida PTA license and an associate degree.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license.
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).
